Goofs, bloopers and slips... my top 5 movie mistakes

One of my favourite things to do is to watch movies and find the bloopers and the goofs. I remember being obsessed with a TV Show called Great Movie Mistakes on BBC3, which was hosted by comedian Robert Webb, when I was younger and I would love going back and rewatching the films again just to find the mistake. I love them so much, so I thought I would share a few of my favourites.
Here are a list of my Top 5 bloopers:
Star Wars: Episode IV: A New Hope - Storm Trooper Bangs Head.

As a group of Storm Troopers enter a control room, one of the Storm Trooper extras bangs their head on the door that is lifting up. Laurie Goode, the actor who hit his head, later told The Hollywood Reporter, "Believing I probably wasn't in frame, I expected it to end up on the cutting-room floor. But when I did see it in the cinema, I thought: "OMG, that's me!" I've been telling people the story ever since it occurred." This is such a funny movie mistake, and it is so obvious that it blows my mind that it made the final cut. But, it has given us movie fans such an iconic blooper.
2. Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl - Random Cowboy in the Background.

Just behind Johnny Depp, an extra or crew member wearing a cowboy hat can be seen looking out to sea. It is so easily missed when watching the movie, and will absolutely be overlooked on a casual watch, but now you see it, you will see it every time. I don't know what happened here, did the costume department just run out of pirate hats or was someone just having fun on the boat? Whatever it is, I love it, and the movie is all the more fun because of it.
3. Pulp Fiction - Bullet Holes that haven't been shot yet.

Behind Samuel L Jackson and John Travolta, bullet holes can be seen already in the wall. Yet, this scene pictured was before the shooting part of the scene takes place, meaning the holes should not be here. Clearly, this is just a reshoot issue, but it is so funny that nobody thought it would have been a problem, and so surprising that no one noticed it. Whatever happened, it is a huge goof, and in such an iconic film as well.
4. The Dark Knight Rises - Day to Dark Night

At the beginning of the stock market heist scene in The Dark Knight Rises, it's clearly daytime outside. But after the police chase through the tunnel happens, it's pitch black outside. What makes this especially weird is that we're led to believe that the stock market had just opened for the day at the beginning of the scene, so how could it ever be nighttime in the space of time it took for them to get out of the tunnel.
5. Cats - Judi Dench's Hands

To say that this isn't the biggest mistake of this movie is an understatement. The entire movie is one huge mistake, but there is something so disturbing about this picture that freaks me out so much. Not only did the editors forget to give Dench paws, but they didn't even edit out her wedding ring. It is such an uncomfortable image and such an uncomfortable movie, flooded with goofs.
What are some of your favourite movie blunders?
